A fine-textured protein concentrate made from hulled hemp during oil pressing with a high protein profile. Hemp proteins are also an excellent fibre supplement with a very low gluten content; a natural choice to complete the plant protein palette with a neutral flavour. Hemp protein contains all the 20 amino acids, including eight essential amino acids with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in an optimal ratio. Light in colour, with a mild taste. Protein content 65 %, very low gluten content. Milled to less than 250 microns. Organic, FSC 2000 certified.
