Our Hemp Animal Fibre is naturally produced from UK grown hemp seed, processed at our award-winning factory here in Wiltshire. It has a lower protein/fibre ratio and a slightly more course texture than Hemp Animal Protein which is reflected in the price. It is a free-flowing powder, brown/green in colour with a mild, nutty taste, milled from seed cake after the oil has been removed by cold pressing (defatted). It is mechanically processed only using no heat or chemicals.

Application
Given its high fibre content (47% fibre and 29% protein) it is often used to fortify or enhance an existing product where both dietary fibre and protein are required.

Packaging: 1-5kg stand up pouches, 5 – 20kg paper sacks, also available in bulk bags up to 800kg.
Storage: Store in a cool dark place. Shelf life: 24 months from manufacture.
